A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, extending the annual allocation of $666,666.66 from the miami beach resiliency fund for the private property adaptation program, created pursuant to resolution no. 2020-31504, for five (5) additional years, through FY 2030; and further, waiving the requirement established pursuant to resolution no. 2023-32647 that the administration review and make recommendations regarding recurring grant programs with regard to the funding allocation directed to be made by this resolution.
