A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, directing the administration to add the miami beach municipal parking garage, located at 1301 collins avenue to the list of buildings to be re-painted, as part of the building’s recertification process, utilizing the leonard horowitz color palette, in consultation with barbara hulanicki to ensure the appropriate selection of colors from the horowitz palette to accentuate the architectural features of the parking garage.
