A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, accepting the recommendation of the finance and economic resiliency committee at its may 24, 2024 meeting and authorize the city administration to implement a pilot program for the installation of a new solar-powered lighting display at lummus park, including a three-month maintenance plan, in an amount not to exceed $95,000.00, to be funded during the FY 2025 budget process.
