Referral to the public safety and neighborhood quality of life committee to discuss the city’s maintenance of traffic plan during art basel 2022, and recommendations for how to improve the gridlock during art basel, such as expansion of the art basel zone to limit competing events, a limitation on the total number of special events that could take place within the city, minimum distance separation between events, and coordination with other jurisdictions and their respective events.
