A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, approving and authorizing (and, as to certain agreements, retroactively approving and authorizing) the city manager, or her designee, to apply for, and accept funding, execute any and all documents or agreements, and appropriate funding received by the city of miami beach in connection with the following grants, programs, and agreements: 1) florida department of transportation, public transit service development program, in the approximate amount of $1.4 million; 2) florida commerce/florida department of economic opportunity, community planning technical assistance grants, in the approximate amount of $50,000; 3) u.s. Department of justice, fy24 community policing development microgrants program, in the approximate amount of $488,000; and 4) u.s. House of representatives, florida district 24 congressional FY25 community project funding request, in the approximate amount of $13.1 million. Grants management
