Hudak, city manager date: september 14, 2022 subject: a resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, accepting the recommendation of the city manager, pursuant to request for qualifications ("RFQ") no. 2022-168-nd, for construction engineering and inspection ("cei") services on an "as needed" basis; authorizing the administration to establish a pool of pre- qualified consultants for cei services on an "as needed" basis; authorizing the administration to enter into negotiations with stantec consulting services, INC., as the first ranked proposer; eac consul ting, INC., as the second-ranked proposer; ces consultants, INC., as the third-ranked proposer; and a&p consulting transportation engineers corp. And calvin, giordano & associates, INC, as the tied fourth-ranked proposers; and further authorizing the city manager and city clerk to execute agreements with each of the proposers upon conclusion of successful negotiations by the administration.
