A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, authorizing and directing all city employees and contractors charged with promoting and advancing the city's legislative priorities to lobby for more effective state drone regulation and to ease the state preemption of local government regulations of drones in the local government's boundaries.
