Authorize city manager to accept grants and tax program funding

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, approving and authorizing (and, as to certain agreements, retroactively approving and authorizing) the city manager, or his designee, to apply for, and accept funding, execute any and all documents or agreements, and appropriate funding received by the city of miami beach in connection with the following grants, programs, and agreements: 1) branches INC., miami-dade vita coalition partnership, volunteer income tax assistance (vita) program, in the approximate amount of $1,600 and 2) sea turtle conservancy, sea turtle license plate program, in the approximate amount of $24,000.
