Regulate waste service brokers and establish new tax framework

An ordinance of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, amending chapter 2 of the miami beach city code, entitled "administration," by amending article iii, entitled “agencies, boards and committees,” by amending division 13, entitled “parks and recreational facilities board,” by amending sections 2-171 thereof to expand the composition of the board to include a member with high degree of interest, participation, and/or expertise in the sport of soccer; and, providing for repealer, severability, codification, and an effective date.
