A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida establishing, pursuant to section 2-27(b)(1) of the city code, the “ad-hoc small business advisory committee,” for a period of one (1) year (subject to earlier or later sunset by the mayor and city commission), to study challenges facing small businesses in the city of miami beach and to make recommendations to the mayor and city commission and the city administration to foster small business development in the city and to respond to challenges faced by small businesses, with the purpose, membership composition, powers and duties as they are more particularly set forth in exhibit “a” to this resolution.
