Approve commemorative plaque for Robert Raven Kraft

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, accepting the recommendation of the public safety and neighborhood quality of life committee, made at its november 13, 2024 meeting, and approving the establishment of a commemorative plaque, located on 3rd street and the beachwalk, in honor of robert raven kraft; and setting a public hearing on december 11, 2024, pursuant to section 82-504 of the city code, to consider whether to approve the proposed commemorative plaque by a 5/7th vote; and directing the city clerk to provide public notice of the hearing consistent with the requirements of section 82-504 (a)(6).
