A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, authorizing (solely in its proprietary capacity) the city manager (or his designee) to enter into revocable temporary vessel dockage agreements, as the city manager may deem appropriate in his sole discretion, with owners of vessels regularly docked in the city of miami beach to allow temporary dockage at the barry kutun boat ramp at maurice gibb park, provided that said agreements are substantially similar, with regard to all material terms and conditions, to the template agreement attached hereto as exhibit “a”, and authorizing the city manager (or his designee), in his sole discretion, to suspend and/or terminate any agreement if the city manager deems IT to be in the city’s best interest.
