A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, following a duly noticed public hearing, creating the 26/town center neighborhood restricted residential parking permit zone (town center rrpp zone) with the following boundaries: on the south, 65th street; on the north, southerly line of 71st street; on the east, harding avenue; on the west, indian creek/bonita drive; and excluding all on-street metered parking and parking lots within the zone, to be implemented initially pursuant to a 12 month pilot program; provided, however, that should the pilot program prove to be successful, the city commission may continue the town center rrpp zone on a permanent basis. 2:30 p.m. Public hearing applicable area: north beach parking commissioner david suarez commissioner joseph magazine commissioner alex fernandez supplemental updated on 7/23/2024 (resolution); and 7/19/2024 (memorandum and attachments)
