Amend ordinance for street co-naming procedures and criteria

An ordinance of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, amending chapter 2 of the miami beach city code, entitled "administration," by amending article ill, entitled "agencies, boards, and committees," by amending division 20 thereof, entitled "police/citizen relations committee;" to change the name of the committee to the "public safety advisory committee;" by amending section 2-190.36 thereof, to reflect the name change; by amending sections 2.-190.37-190.39 thereof, to expand the purpose, powers, duties, composition, and required knowledge and experience of members of the committee; and, providing for repealer, severability, codification, and an effective date.
