Require planning board recommendations on comprehensive plan amendments

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, directing the city manager to advise the city commission, via supplemental agenda memorandum, of the planning board's recommendations, including the vote of the board, on proposed amendments to the comprehensive plan or land development regulations, when the planning board meeting at which the recommendation was made occurs after the date the commission memorandum is issued by the city manager for first reading of the ordinance.
