A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, accepting the recommendation of the public safety and quality of life committee, at its february 14, 2024 meeting, to proceed with lighting enhancements at the crosswalk located at pine tree drive and sheridan avenue, in front of scott rakow youth center, to improve safety for pedestrians and vehicles; and further authorizing the city manager to execute any documents or agreements which may be required in connection with the installation of the lighting enhancements.
