A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, approving and authorizing the city manager to: (1) allocate FY 23/24 state housing initiatives partnership (ship) funds, in the amount of $612,688.00, as follows: (i) to the first time homebuyer program and homeowner rehabilitation program in the amount of $398,247.20; (ii) to a rental development rehabilitation project in the amount of $153,172.00; and (ill) to the ship program administrative costs in the amount of $61,268.80; and (2) issue a request for applications (rfa) to select an eligible rental development rehabilitation project; and further authorizing the city manager and city clerk to execute city interdepartmental agreements and other agreements with sub-recipients of ship funds.
