A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, declaring support for house bill 105 and its companion bill, senate bill 224, approved by the florida legislature on or about march 3, 2022, and pending approval by governor ron desantis, and urging governor ron desantis to sign house bill 105, which authorizes counties and municipalities to further restrict smoking within public beaches and public parks in their respective jurisdictions.
