A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, authorizing and directing the city administration to develop a policy to ensure that city residents, business patrons, and cultural institution patrons are provided access and regularly priced parking in city parking garages and parking lots outside of the mxe mixed use entertainment district during high-impact periods and to prepare a letter to commission on or before december 11, 2024, advising the city commission of the policy developed pursuant to this resolution.
