A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, accepting the recommendation of the art in public places committee with respect to the deaccessioning of the artwork, entitled beatles mandala (amor=love), 2014 (the "work"), by kevin arrow (the "artist"), consistent with the city’s art in public places deaccessioning criteria, which allows for deaccessioning in situations where the value to repair a work exceeds the value of the work itself, and/or the work possesses faults of design or workmanship.
