A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, repealing, effective october 1, 2025, all prior resolutions providing for the cell phone allowance, car allowance, and monthly stipend payable to the mayor and each commissioner to help reduce the budget of the office of the mayor and city commission, consistent with the directive provided to the city administration at the july 11, 2025 budget workshop to seek reductions to the city's operational budget to help fund infrastructure and other priorities of the mayor and city commission that may otherwise go unfunded in fiscal year 2026.
