Develop incentive program for local business compost pickup participation

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, directing the administration to develop an initiative designated to incentivize local businesses to participate in compost pickup services, including, but not limited to financial incentives, partnerships with existing local composting providers, and educational outreach, and return to the full city commission with its findings within 90 days of the passage of this resolution.
