Discussion relating to the recommendation of the finance and economic resiliency committee, at its march 30, 2022 meeting, to authorize the administration to consider selling the following city properties: (1) pinetree & 63rd street; (2) 266 87th terrace; and (3) commerce street and jefferson avenue; further, in the event the properties are sold, that the proceeds from the sale be applied toward the funding of capital projects, as determined by the city commission.
