Approve human trafficking grant program funding application and acceptance

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, approving and authorizing (and, as to certain agreements, retroactively approving and authorizing) the city manager, or her designee, to apply for, and accept funding, execute any and all documents or agreements, and appropriate funding received by the city of miami beach in connection with the following grants, programs, and agreements: 1) florida alliance to end human trafficking, human trafficking grant program, in the approximate amount of $28,000; 2) florida department of agriculture and consumer services through u.s. Department of agriculture (usda), urban and community forestry grant fy2024, in the approximate amount of $50,000. Applicable area: citywide grants management
