A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, accepting the recommendation of the city manager, pursuant to request for proposals (RFP) no. 2022-040-kb for the installation, maintenance, and operation of interactive digital media kiosks; authorizing the administration to negotiate an agreement for the manufacturing, installation, maintenance, and operation of interactive digit kiosks with ike smart city, LLC, the top- ranked proposer; and, if unsuccessful, authorizing the administration to negotiate an agreement with smart city media, the second-ranked proposer; and further requiring that the final agreement be subject to prior approval of the mayor and city commission.
