A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, accepting the recommendation of the public safety and neighborhood quality of life committee at its september 21, 2022 meeting to approve the establishment of a memorial plaque, located within the city of miami beach police department's headquarters, in memory of rabbi phineas weberman; setting a public hearing on november 16, 2022, pursuant to section 82-504 of the city code, to consider whether to approve the proposed memorial by a 5/7th vote; and directing the city clerk to provide public notice of the hearing consistent with the requirements of section 82-504 (a)(6).
