A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, establishing, pursuant to the recommendation of the police/citizens relations committee, an “ad hoc spring break task force advisory committee,” for a period of one year (subject to earlier or later sunset by the city commission) to advise the administration and city commission on the upcoming march 2024 spring break period, and to provide a forum to address quality of life and public safety issues affecting our residents and business owners during every spring break period; and prescribing the purpose, composition, powers, and duties of the committee.
