A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, formally adopting the recommendation made by the neighborhood resilience projects advisory committee (nrpac) at its october 23, 2024 meeting, and directing the administration to design a policy requiring that blue-green strategies be implemented for neighborhood improvement projects, parks projects, and stormwater infrastructure projects with a cost in excess of $10,000,000, such policy specifically to include a formal deliverable in city agreements for such projects that include design alternatives integrating blue-green strategies into the project design, such policy to be subject to the approval of the city commission.
