Alton city center overlay – ldr amendments an ordinance of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, amending the miami beach resiliency code, by amending chapter 7, entitled "zoning district regulations," article ii, entitled "district regulations,"

section 7.

2.11. Entitled "cd-2 commercial, medium intensity district," to create

section 7.

2.11.11 thereof, entitled "alton city center overlay (cd-2)," to create overlay district regulations for certain properties located between the west side of alton road and the east side of west avenue between lincoln road and 17th street; and providing for codification, repealer, severability, and an effective date. 9:21 a.m. First reading public hearing* applicable area: south beach planning private applicant supplemental updated on 6/23/2026 (revised ordinance submitted at the request of the private applicant)
