A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, approving and authorizing the administration to identify an appropriate storage location at a city-owned or leased storage facility, for the city’s storage of the seashell menorah and dreidel annually displayed along with other holiday-related decorations on lincoln road, a city-owned right of way area, with the foregoing city storage opportunity to only be made available so long as the works are displayed in the city of miami beach.
