A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, directing the administration to add the old historic city hall located at 1130 washington avenue to the list of historic buildings to be re-painted, as part of the building's recertification process, utilizing the leonard horowitz color palette, in consultation with barbara hulanicki to ensure the appropriate selection of colors from the horowitz palette to accentuate the architectural features of the old city hall; directing the administration to identify funding during the annual budget process for costs not accounted for in the existing budget for recertification work; and further, directing the administration to submit an application to the city's historic preservation board ("hpb") for an approval for the installation of awnings at the old city hall, and, provided that hpb's approval is obtained, directing the administration to identify funding during the annual budget process for the purchase and installation of awnings at the old city hall.
