A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, retroactively waiving special event fees in the amount of $6,258.85 for the paraiso swim week event that took place from may 28–31, 2026. Applicable area: citywide city attorney commissioner joseph magazine c7 am a resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, authorizing the city manager to negotiate and finalize a sponsorship agreement with miami beach garden conservancy, INC., in the amount of $5,000, to support the 2027 annual flower show presented by the miami beach garden club, which is scheduled to be held from march 25 to march 27, 2027; and authorizing the city manager and city clerk to execute the sponsorship agreement in a form acceptable to the city attorney.
