A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, approving, following a duly noticed public hearing, the granting of waivers of certain development regulations, pursuant to section 142-425(d) of the city’s land development regulations (ldr), for the future location of the north beach entrance sign at the intersection of harding avenue and 87th street; said waiver regarding ldr section 142-870.15(e), pertaining to setback requirements, in order to construct the new north beach entrance sign. 2:15 p.m. Public hearing capital improvement projects
