A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, amending resolution no. 2022-32297, which approved amendment no. 1 to the agreement between the city and transcore its, LLC, pursuant to request for proposals (RFP) no. 2016-199-kb for the design, build, operation, and maintenance services for an intelligent transportation and smart parking system; said amendment modifying item no. 4 of the resolution to authorize the city manager to approve expenditures for temporary traffic monitoring/management services, in an amount not to exceed $500,000 per year, subject to funding availability, in order to provide the administration with the ability to efficiently manage traffic during high impact periods; and further authorizing the city manager to execute the amendment and related service orders.
