A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, amending resolution no. 2019-30958, resolution no. 2021- 31572, and resolution no. 2022-32099, which approved an agreement between the city and miami-dade county school board for the city to fund dual enrollment courses, through miami dade college, florida international university, and university of florida, at miami beach nautilus middle school and miami beach senior high school; said amendment allowing for funds in the amount of $41,432 to be used as needed to meet the needs of the community through all approved providers of dual enrollment courses for the 2024-2025 school year and each subsequent year thereafter, subject to funding approval during the city's budgetary process; and further authorizing the city manager to execute any and all documents or agreements in connection with the program.
