A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach florida, approving and authorizing the city manager and city clerk to execute a non-exclusive, perpetual easement and related donation of property, pursuant to florida statutes
25, in favor of the florida department of transportation (FDOT); said easement containing an easement area described as parcel 800 and having approximately 128 square feet, located at the northeast corner of the normandy isle park & pool facility, lying in a portion of lot 13 of block 30, of the second revised plat of portions of ocean side section and trouville section of isle of normandy, recorded in plat book 40, at page 35, of the public records of miami-dade county, florida, as more particularly described in the easement, for the purpose of constructing, installing, and maintaining a traffic signalization control box and sidewalk.
