A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, accepting the administration's recommendation to approve the proposed improvements to five (5) bus stops along harding avenue, between 85th street and 77th street, by the florida department of transportation (FDOT), as part of the upcoming FDOT roadway improvement project along SR a1a/harding avenue/abbott avenue, from north of 96th street to indian creek drive; said improvements requiring the removal of a total of three on-street parking spaces to increase the size of the bus stop areas, thereby improving passenger safety and comfort at no cost to the city.
