A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, establishing the city’s policy goal of making high speed fiber optic cable widely accessible throughout the city, to maximize the quality of internet access on commercially reasonable terms for city’s residents and businesses; and further, directing the administration to work with internet service providers to identify actions the city could take to facilitate installation of high speed fiber optic cable in the city, with the administration to report its findings to the public safety and neighborhood quality of life committee within ninety (90) days.
