A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, waiving parks and recreation fees and providing priority access for foster children, children in kinship care placements, and recently adopted children living in the city of miami beach for certain city parks and recreation programs; providing that eligibility shall include children in licensed foster care or under state supervision, as verified through the florida department of children and families or partner agencies, children in documented kinship care placements, and children adopted within the previous one-year period, provided they reside in the city of miami beach; and directing the city administration to implement the program and establish any necessary administrative procedures consistent with this resolution.
