Direct manager to identify fiscal responsibility measures

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, directing the city manager to work with the chief financial officer and department heads in identifying areas for the possible implementation of fiscal responsibility measures that would allow for a more sustainable financial expenditure trajectory for the city without impacting the critical services provided to our community and to present findings to the finance and economic resiliency committee as part of the discussion related to the city's comprehensive financial policy.
