Retroactively approve and authorize city agreements

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, approving, in substantial form, amendment no. 2 to the professional services agreement between the city and the sundari foundation, INC. (lotus house) for emergency shelter bed services; said amendment approving a renewal term for a period of nine (9) months, from january 1, 2023 to september 30, 2023, and increasing the total amount of daily shelter beds from four (4) to six (6), thereby increasing the contract amount from $49,410.00 to an amount not to exceed $119,025.00; and further authorizing the city manager to finalize and execute the amendment.
