A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, directing the city administration to explore the best mobile parking application service for the city’s public parking mobile platform, and to include, as part of the evaluation criteria for the selection of a future parking platform provider, criteria that appropriately prioritizes, among other relevant factors, the convenience to the customer and potential benefits to the city of utilizing a mobile parking platform used by a majority of neighboring jurisdictions in miami-dade county.
