A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, extending for an additional six (6) months, the 41st street traffic re-circulation pilot program ("pilot program") which maintains two-way traffic on sheridan avenue and royal palm avenue from 40th street to 41st street, and prohibits northbound and southbound left turns onto 41 street during weekday afternoon peak periods, from 3:30 p.m. To 7:00 p.m., subject to obtaining all necessary approvals from miami-dade county and/or the florida department of transportation necessary to extend the pilot program.
