A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, approving the assignment, from tampa electric company (assignor) to peoples gas system, INC. (assignee), an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of teco energy, INC (the parent company of tampa electric), of the non-exclusive natural gas franchise agreement for the use of the city's public rights-of-way; said agreement evidenced by assignor's acceptance of the terms an conditions of the agreement, as set forth in ordinance no. 2016-3989; provided that the approval shall be contingent upon assignee executing an acceptance of the agreement in the form approved by the city attorney; and further authorizing the city manager to execute any document or agreement related to the assignment.
