NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble of this Resolution are adopted by reference thereto and incorporated herein as if fully set forth in this Section. Section 2. The Funds previously allocated to the Festival pursuant to Resolution No. R- 24-0389 are hereby de-allocated. Section 3. The Funds previously allocated to the Festival are hereby reallocated to the Museum to cover costs associated with various City sponsored events and exhibits at the Museum. Section 4. The City Manager is authorized1 to negotiate and execute any and all documents necessary, including any agreements, memorandum of understanding, modifications, extensions, and amendments, all in forms acceptable to the City Attorney, for said purpose.1 1 The herein authorization is further subject to compliance with all requirements that may be imposed by the City Attorney, including but not limited to those prescribed by applicable City Charter and Code provisions. Section 4. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. APPROVED AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS:
