Pursuant to Section 23(a) of the Charter, members shall reside or have principal place of business in Miami, but no officer or employee of the City shall serve as a member. The City Commission confirms appointments made by Off- Street Parking Board. One (1) confirmation is required as of this time: • The Commission-At-Large is requested by the Off-Street Parking Board to confirm the appointment of the following individual: 1. Thomas B. Jelke, incumbent, whose term expires on May 14, 2025. For your convenience, we are including a copy of the current membership of said board. By copy of this memorandum to the Agenda Office, we are requesting that this issue be placed on the March 13, 2025, Commission agenda.
