CITY OF MIAMI INTER-OFFICE MEMORANDUM To: Honorable Members of the City Commission Date: January 24, 2025 Subject: Off-Street Parking Board From: Todd B. Hannon City Clerk References: Agenda for March 13, 2025 Enclosures: OSPB Memo and Resolution, Résumé for OSPB Appointment and List of Members The Off-Street Parking Board was created to operate, manage and control the off-street parking facilities of the city and all properties pertaining thereto. Pursuant to Section 23(a) of the Charter, members shall reside or have principal place of business in Miami, but no officer or employee of the City shall serve as a member. The City Commission confirms appointments made by Off- Street Parking Board. One (1) confirmation is required as of this time: • The Commission-At-Large is requested by the Off-Street Parking Board to confirm the appointment of the following individual: 1. Thomas B. Jelke, incumbent, whose term expires on May 14, 2025. For your convenience, we are including a copy of the current membership of said board. By copy of this memorandum to the Agenda Office, we are requesting that this issue be placed on the March 13, 2025, Commission agenda.
