Amend agreement for community center and sports courts project

A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE COMMISSION OF NORTH BAY VILLAGE, FLORIDA, APPROVING A FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH PROJECT FOOTBALL LLC (PFL) RELATING TO THE DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION OF A COMMUNITY CENTER, SPORTS COURTS, AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1851 GALLEON STREET; PROVIDING FOR AUTHORIZATION; PROVIDING FOR IMPLEMENTATION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. It is recommended that the Village Commission authorize the Village Manager to execute the First Amendment to the Development and Construction Management Agreement with Project Football, LLC (PFL) relating to the Development and Operation of the Village's Community Center.
