A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMISSION OF NORTH BAY VILLAGE, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A WORK ORDER TO KIMLEY-HORN AND ASSOCIATES, INC.
