A resolution of the mayor and commission of north bay village, florida, [approving / approving with conditions / denying] an application by el-ad nbv, LLC to modify the site plan approved by resolution no. 2023-163, for a multifamily residential project on property identified by folio number 23-3209-001-0013, located at approximately 7913–7915 west drive, consisting of up to 94 dwelling units in a 26-story, 298-foot-8-inch building, with requests to allow: (a) compact parking spaces up to eight percent (8%) of the total parking provided; and (b) substitution of one required large truck loading space with a small delivery vehicle or passenger loading space; providing for findings; providing for conditions; providing for implementation; and providing for an effective date. - village manager, frank rollason staff recommends approval of the requested site plan modification, subject to the conditions listed in the staff report.
