Ordinance no. 2026-08 (second reading) establishing standards for second sets of cooking facility (sponsored by commissioner lynn su) an ordinance of the mayor and city commission of the city of north miami beach, florida, amending chapter xxiv of the code of ordinances of the city of north miami beach, entitled “zoning and land development”, amending article viii entitled “supplemental regulations” to add section 24-90.2 entitiled second sets of cooking facility, to establish standards for additional kitchen within single-family detached residences; amending article xv, entittled “other development review procedures,” amending section 24-176.1, entitled “administrative waiver process”, amending subsection“(g)” entitled “conditions and safeguards”, to add language to authorize administrative approval of an additional kitchen area subject to specific conditions; providing for codification, conflicts, scrivener's errors, severability, and an effective date.
